With valid test reports in hand, a Product Certificate (PCoC) issues in about 1–2 weeks and each Shipment Certificate (SCoC) in 1–3 days. Testing from scratch adds several weeks. Products needing the SASO Quality Mark (factory audits) take longer — budget weeks to months.
The sequence is rigid: certify first, ship second. SCoCs must exist by arrival or the container waits at your expense.
