SABER login: signing in to saber.sa
The SABER platform login is at saber.sa — importers sign in with the account created for their commercial registration, and certification bodies and manufacturers' representatives use their own account types. Inside, you register products, request Product CoCs (PCoC) and issue Shipment CoCs (SCoC). If you work through a broker or certification partner, they operate SABER for you under your account's delegated access.
Account types and who needs which

- Certification body account — the accredited body that reviews test reports and issues certificates
- Foreign manufacturer/representative — prepares product files that the importer's account then references
