SABER is Saudi Arabia's electronic conformity platform. A "SABER certificate" is really two documents: the Product Certificate of Conformity (PCoC), valid 12 months per product, and the Shipment Certificate (SCoC) issued per consignment in 1–3 days. Regulated goods cannot clear Saudi customs without them.
Costs run indicatively $300–1,500 per product depending on category. Certification must be completed before shipping — a container arriving with certificates "in progress" pays storage daily.
